We are a year-round, scalable organizing program with an outsized impact, training volunteers, organizers, and canvassers to have neighbor-to-neighbor, friend-to-friend conversations—online and in person—about issues that matter to Pennsylvania’s working families.
We engage people on local issues, lead state policy and legislative work in off-years, and pivot to electoral organizing during election years. For Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Elections last November, we piloted an innovative program that was able to reach, persuade, and turn out voters through meaningful, person-to-person engagement in hard-to-reach communities.
